Commission Information

How to Order

To place an order with us, send us an email at douartwork@hotmail.com, or call us at (905)763-9751. Please provide us with clear, detailed photos, as we only do our portraits through photos. We accept the photos through mail, or attached as an image file through email. We can easily add in people from separate photos into one portrait.

Shipping & Handling

Once we receive your photo(s), we will begin on your portrait, and contact you once it is complete, to discuss shipping and handling. Our studio is appointment-only, so if you would like to pick up the portrait at our studio, please contact us to book an appointment. If you are unable to come pick up the portrait, we are able to ship the portrait to anywhere in the world. We securely mount the portrait on sturdy boards to prevent damage during shipment.

Additional Information

When placing an order, please provide us with any special details or instructions you would like us to include, such as eye colour, surprise secrecy, specific due dates or specific people arrangements in a group portrait.

Please give us at least 4 weeks for your portrait completion.
